Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is an authorized distributor for each product listed. By placing your order, you agree to accept our Terms & Conditions.

Payments

Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. (MSI) accepts payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make your payment. When ready to complete your order, click “Finish”. You will be directed to PayPal to sign in to your account, or sign in as a guest to pay by credit card.

Prices and Specifications

Pricing and specifications are subject to change at any time. We strive to keep online pricing and specifications current. However, if an error occurs, or if an item is not updated, you will be notified of pricing changes before your order is processed. Orders will not be processed until we receive authorization from you, acknowledging and accepting the price change.

Taxes

Tax will be charged only in states where we have NEXUS.

Orders

An order confirmation will be sent to you after your order has been placed. At any point after your order has been placed, Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. The buyer will be responsible for any costs resulting from the change or cancellation.

If you request that your order be cancelled, we will fully attempt to accommodate your wishes. If your request is approved, but your order has been processed, there may be a restocking fee. Order cancellation is subject to the manufacturer’s cancellation policy.

Shipping

Ship dates are based on availability from the manufacturer as well as standard shipping times. Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. strives to ship all orders within quoted lead times. Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is not responsible in any way for delay of delivery due to causes beyond the control of Manufacturing Solutions, Inc.

All orders are scheduled for shipment by Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are billed to the customer at the time the order is placed. Shipping charges for returns are billed to the customer.

Orders can only be shipped within the continental United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with the freight charged to the customer when the order is placed.
Shipping time is based on the standard lead time of each manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for inspecting orders upon arrival. Any discrepancy must be reported to Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. within 5 days.

Returns and Cancellations

Any item purchased from our online site, may be returned by the customer within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, the customer must contact our returns department to obtain an RMA.

Any item returned must be undamaged and unused, in original, undamaged packaging with accompanying product literature and RMA documentation. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer.

If an item is returned without the RMA documentation, it will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Warranty Returns

Each product sold by MSI is new and unused, and covered by the warranty specified by its manufacturer. MSI honors the manufacturer’s warranty of each product we offer. Damage or modification to the product will void the warranty. Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for damages (due to warrantied defects, negligent usage, or any other issue) caused by use of the items sold through our online store, and shall not be held liable for any such damages.
